I believe transformation begins when we become willing to examine the life we are actually living—not simply the life we have learned to accept.
I am Faith D. Woods, a transformation coach, author, and the founder of Verity Roots. My work creates space for people to slow down, ask better questions, understand what has shaped their choices, and intentionally decide what comes next.
With more than 20 years of professional experience in Human Resources, along with my work in coaching and personal development, I bring both practical experience and thoughtful perspective to conversations about relationships, career, transition, identity, and intentional living.
I am not here to hand you a predetermined roadmap or tell you who you should become. I believe much of what we need is already there. Sometimes we simply need the space—and the right questions—to excavate it.
That is the heart of Verity Roots: examine what is true, understand what has shaped you, and intentionally decide what belongs in the life you are creating.

About Faith D. Woods
Author & Creator of Becoming Radiant
Becoming Radiant: Living Intentionally, One Decision at a Time extends this philosophy beyond coaching, inviting readers to examine what they have accepted, understand what has shaped their choices, and intentionally decide what belongs in the life they are creating.
Transformation Coach & Founder of Verity Roots
My coaching work creates space for honest examination and intentional decision-making. Rather than telling people who they should become, I help them uncover what they already know, question what no longer belongs, and decide what comes next.
20+ Years of Professional Experience
More than two decades of professional experience in Human Resources have given me a front-row view of how people navigate change, relationships, conflict, difficult decisions, leadership, career transitions, and personal growth.

MY APPROACH
Transformation is not the goal.
Transformation is the result of intentional living.

EXCAVATE. UNDERSTAND. DECIDE. LIVE RADIANTLY.
Examine What Is True
Before deciding what comes next, you need the freedom to honestly examine the life you are living, what you believe, and what you have accepted.
Understand What Shaped You
Our choices do not develop in isolation. Family, relationships, experiences, expectations, and environments all leave their mark. Understanding those influences creates room for intentional decisions.
Question What No Longer Belongs
Not everything you carry needs to continue with you. Asking better questions helps you distinguish between what you intentionally choose and what you simply learned to accept.
Decide Intentionally
The goal is not to become someone else. It is to make conscious decisions about what stays, what changes, and what belongs in the life you are creating.
THE HEART OF VERITY ROOTS
You do not need someone to tell you who to become. Sometimes you need space, questions, and perspective to decide what comes next for you.
